Will I need to provide my cleaner(s) with equipment or products?

We come prepared with all the equipment and products we would need to get the job done! If there are specific cleaning products or equipment you would like us to use instead please let us know before the first cleaning. 

Are Val's Cleaning Services employees covered by a company insurance policy?

Absolutely!

Do I have to leave detailed instructions each time Val's Cleaning Services cleans?

Nope, with every new client we do a free consultation walk through of the property and create a contract listing what our client requires for each cleaning. After signing with us we create a profile of your cleaning needs on our system and provide this to your assigned cleaner. Does Val's Cleaning Services perform background checks on their employees?

Yes, we do a thorough criminal background check and drug testing on all employees.

Does Val's Cleaning Services offer green cleaning?

We certainly do. If you are interested in green cleaning products, please email or call us. We will accommodate your request.

Does Val's Cleaning Services still do residential cleanings?

We currently are transitioning to being a fully commercial cleaning service company but we are still accepting move in/out cleanings for a limited time.
